How do I sing a song?
Type a song or an artist on the home page and press Find. Pick a karaoke version and press Sing: it plays full screen with the words on screen. Press Close, or the Escape key, to come back.
Where do the songs and the words come from?
From karaoke videos published on YouTube by their channels. They play in YouTube’s own player. My Karaoke does not own, host or change them, and it never separates the music from the video.
Why does a version not play?
Some channels allow their videos only on YouTube, or only in some countries. When a version cannot play here, the next one starts by itself, and you can pick another one.
What is free?
Searching and singing full screen are free for everyone, always, with no sign-up. Your recent songs are kept on your device.
What is in the Party Pack?
A singer queue with a name for each song, played one after another with a countdown that calls the next singer, fair turns, duets for two singers, and playlists saved with your account. It is free for 3 days, then €1.99 per month.
Can I use it on a TV or on several devices?
Singing works in any modern browser, including a TV browser or a computer connected to a TV. One Party Pack subscription works on up to 3 of your devices on your home network: sign in on each with your email.
How do I cancel?
In Manage, choose Cancel subscription. No further payment is taken, and the Party Pack stays open until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens to my data?
We keep only your email, your playlists and a few technical identifiers. The words of your song searches go to YouTube to find the videos; your recent songs and your queue stay on your device. You can delete everything in Manage at any time. Details are on the Privacy page.
